MC 234 Little Green Heron Close-up
Smaller than a pigeon, Green Herons are wary little things. Close up photos are difficult to accomplish for all but owners of high-dollar telephoto lens. Fortunately, this one stood still in the water as we passed silently by in a boat only a coup-le yards away.
