MC 220 Pied-billed Grebe
These little grebes, or "di-dappers" as some Southern folks call them, seem to be constantly on the move when you see them. They remain on the surface for only a few moments, then dive under in search of a snack. Getting a sharply focused close-up like this is worth a pat on the back.
